È stato annunciato su Twitter che il main event della nota convention WrestleCon 2015, il cui supershow si svolgerà sabato 28 marzo, sarà un tag team match Rob Van Dam & Sabu vs Jeff & Matt Hardy.
RVD e Sabu non fanno team dal 2006, durante il loro periodo nella tanto vituperata WWE ECW, e i due hanno affrontato gli Hardy Boys solo nel 1998 in North Carolina, ben prima del grande successo degli Hardys in WWF.
WrestleCon ha infatti twittato: "Matt e Jeff firmeranno autografi entrambi i giorni, lotterano vs Sabu/RVD sabato sera, e saranno anche oratori ospiti domenica nel brunch Mania Moments"
